1) Stay will be in villagers home, where very minimal basic washrooms availability
2) Luggage – As we have private tempo with us you no need to carry extra luggage while doing trek….you can keep extra luggage in tempo.. Still we suggest travel light..

Makesure you had your breakfast at daund junction and get ready by the time we get down at Hadapsar….
10 -30 AM Reach Base City and start to Andharban Directly
please understand we wont stop in the middle to make sure that our trek will be done in light
2-00 PM Reach Starting point of andharban trek and start trek
LUNCH ? DOnt worry *Roti and sabji will be provided which is cooked by local villager as complimentary from HTC
7-30 PM Complete Trek and start toward stay
Distance we Travel by Vehicle – 100 Kms ! (3to 4 HOURS “GHAT SECTION” )
Distance we Trek– 9 Kms (Andharban – Mostly Flat Terrain)
FYI
Distance we Travel by Vehicle – 95 Kms ! (2 to 3 HOURS )
Distance we Walk – 12kms (ANDHARBAN)
What if Andharban closed due to heavy Rains?
A) PLAN B – we will go to Sudhagad or any other trek spot based on time and group speed… .your trek leader will take the decision as instructed by HTC backend team.
STAY TYPE – TYPICAL VILLAGE HOMESTAY
Our homestay is typical village house! Beds wont be available! All of us has to sleep on floor!. .Bedsheets will be provided! Couple of washrooms available. And more than 3000 participants stayed here! as this is offbeat event Please understand that Stay is necessity not Luxury!
4-00 AM : Wake up call! And quick fresh up to go DEVKUND FALLS!
5-00 AM : Breakfast! ..Sounds too early right ? We know!..we must add few carbs as we have a long walk ahead to visit the famous devkund Falls!
5:30 AM : Trek starts! ..Terrain wise easy! ..Always make sure that you follow our trek leader instructions for your safety!
IMP–
As this is monsoon Devkund Prone to close by authorities with out notice! in that situation we will go for TAMINI GHAT Road Water Falls.. your trek leader will take decision based on weather conditions
8:00 AM : Reach Falls followed by few Clicks for Family Friends & INSTA!
10:00 AM : Back to stay followed by Breakfast and proceed Secret Falls
12-00 PM– Reach Secret falls..
For visiting 100 INR and For Cliff Jumping 300 INR…This cost is extra….Place is subject to close due to heavy rains..in this case we will start little late from stay.. FOR THIS PLACE NO ALTERNATIVE
3 PM- Complete Falls and proceed to Lohagad Stay
7PM – Reach Lohagad stay and dinner followed by..
STAY TYPE – Exclusive Swimming pool Tent Stay
Don’t expect cinematic camping that’s not what is in reality! Our camping is part of a small village There will be couple of washrooms! Wash rooms are very basic!
6-00 AM – Freshup or dip in pool if you want
7-00 AM – Breakfast and pack
8-30 AM – Reach Lohagad Fort
11-00 AM – Complete Lohagad Fort Trek
11- 30 AM- Start to Hadapsar
Lunch we can have near railway station
3PM : Reach Pune Followed by catch our train to HYD (RETURN SLEEPER CLASS TRAIN)
3 AM Early Morning Reach HYD (Around 3 AM)

REFUND WILL BE OFFERED ONLY WHEN HTC CANCELS THE EVENT! (3% AMOUNT TRANSFER CHARGES APPLICABLE)

TICKETS BOOKING CLAUSE : N/A
Book your slots before 45 days to the event commencing date to get a chance to travel by sleeping Berth. Most of the time we do have availability to the sleeping berths but we Often tend to travel in RAC because of the demand in Indian Railways. Please Check with the Organiser of the event OR dial the number mentioned in this description to know the status.
THINGS TO REMEMBER :
● Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited during entire the event! who ever failed follow these rules they will be removed from the group immediately! Yeah we have good record in that!
● Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
● The organizer has a right to cancel the participant slot.
● Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
● Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
● If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat/change the plan accordingly.
● Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
● Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
● Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
● No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.

Maximum age: There is no maximum age limit. You need to be reasonably fit to participate.
