1) Stay
Accommodation will be in villagers’ homes/homestays with very basic facilities. Washroom availability is limited, and facilities should not be compared with hotels or resorts.
2) Luggage
As we will have a dedicated private vehicle with us throughout the event, you do not need to carry your entire luggage during the treks. Extra luggage can be safely kept in the vehicle. However, we still recommend traveling light for a better trekking experience.

π FRESHEN UP & RISE TO SHINE!
Get into comfortable trekking attire and be ready for the adventure ahead.
β Please complete your breakfast at Daund Junction and be ready by the time we reach Hadapsar.
10:30 AM β Reach Pune outskirts and proceed directly towards Devkund Trek Base.
β οΈ To ensure we complete the trek during daylight hours, we will not be taking unnecessary meal stops en route.
2:00 PM β Reach Devkund Trek starting point and begin the trek.
π½οΈ Lunch? Don’t worry!
HTC will provide a complimentary Roti & Sabji meal, freshly prepared by local villagers.
8:30 PM β Complete the trek and proceed towards our stay.

β οΈ What If Any Location Is Closed?
PLAN B: We will proceed to an alternate trekking destination based on weather conditions, accessibility, available time, and group pace. The final decision will be taken by the Trek Leader in consultation with the HTC Operations Team.
Safety and overall experience will always remain the top priority.
π‘ STAY TYPE β Exclusive HTC Village Homestay
Our stay is a typical village-style homestay, exclusive to HTC participants.
A small reality check…
This is an offbeat monsoon trekking experience, not a hotel stay.
Beds will not be available. Participants will sleep on floor mattresses provided at the homestay. Basic washroom facilities (2β3 washrooms) are available.
Over 3,000+ HTC participants have stayed here during the last five years and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Please remember:
Stay is a necessity. The experience is the luxury.
π DAY 2 β ANDHARBAN & SECRET FALLS
4:00 AM β Wake-up call! Quick fresh-up and get ready for an exciting day ahead.
5:00 AM β Breakfast.
Sounds too early, right? We know! π
But we need to fuel up with some carbs because a long and beautiful trail awaits us.
5:30 AM β Start the trek.
π₯Ύ ANDHARBAN TREK
Terrain-wise, the trail is relatively easy and mostly downhill. However, monsoon conditions can make sections slippery.
β οΈ Always follow your Trek Leader’s instructions for your safety.
IMPORTANT NOTE
As Andharban falls under a forest zone, authorities may close the trail without prior notice during heavy rains or adverse weather conditions.
PLAN B: In such situations, we will proceed to Tamhini Ghat Waterfalls Circuit. The final decision will be taken by the Trek Leader based on weather conditions and safety considerations.
8:00 AM β Reach Andharban viewpoint sections, enjoy the monsoon scenery, and capture some memorable photos.
10:00 AM β Return to stay, freshen up, have breakfast, and proceed towards Secret Falls.
12:00 PM β Reach Secret Falls.
π¦ Secret Falls Activities
β’ Entry Fee: βΉ100 per person
β’ Cliff Jumping: βΉ300 per person
These charges are payable directly at the location and are not included in the package cost.
β οΈ Secret Falls may be closed due to heavy rainfall or local authority restrictions. In such cases, we will spend additional time at the stay location and proceed with the remaining itinerary.
Please note: There is no alternative location for Secret Falls.
3:00 PM β Complete falls visit and proceed towards Lohagad stay.

8:00 PM β Reach Lohagad stay.

A small reality check…
This is a Monsoon Trek, not a luxury event.
Our tents are set up under protective sheds, which helps reduce the impact of heavy rain and keeps the stay comfortable. At the same time, you’ll still be able to hear the rain, feel the cool breeze, and enjoy the authentic monsoon atmosphere throughout the night.
The campsite is part of a small village setup. Washrooms are available but are basic in nature. If you’re expecting resort-style facilities, this may not be the right event for you.
This experience is about the rain, the mountains, the trek, the conversations, and the memories that come with them.
β¨ And yes… after the trek, you can unwind at the beautiful rain-fed infinity pool near the campsite and soak in the monsoon vibes with your fellow trekkers.

π DAY 3 β LOHAGAD FORT & RETURN JOURNEY
6:00 AM β Freshen up.
You may also take a quick dip in the pool if you wish.
7:00 AM β Breakfast and packing.
8:30 AM β Reach Lohagad Fort and start the trek.

A beautiful fort walk with scenic monsoon views and a perfect final climb to close the trip.
11:00 AM β Complete Lohagad Fort Trek.
11:30 AM β Start towards Hadapsar / Pune Railway Station.
π½οΈ Lunch can be planned near the railway station, depending on available time.
3:00 PM β Reach Pune and board our return train to Hyderabad.
π Return Journey: Sleeper Class Train to Hyderabad.
3 AM Early Morning Reach HYD (Around 3 AM)

TICKETS BOOKING CLAUSE : N/AΒ
Book your slots before 45 days to the event commencing date to get a chance to travel by sleeping Berth. Most of the time we do have availability to the sleeping berths but we Often tend to travel in RAC because of the demand in Indian Railways. Please Check with the Organiser of the event OR dial the number mentioned in this description to know the status.
THINGS TO REMEMBER :Β
β Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited during entire the event! who ever failed follow these rules they will be removed from the group immediately! Yeah we have good record in that!Β
β Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
β The organizer has a right to cancel the participant slot.
β Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
β Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
β If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat/change the plan accordingly.
β Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
β Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
β Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
β No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.
