For all long-distance travel, we book private AC semi-sleeper buses based on reliability and our past experience with the operator. That said, buses are machines. Delays or breakdowns can happen, and these situations are beyond HTC’s control.
If a breakdown occurs, any refund issued by the bus operator will be passed on to you only after HTC receives it from them.
To be very clear:
HTC will not bear any additional expenses arising due to delays or breakdowns — including alternate transport, taxis, hotels, food, or personal arrangements. Any such costs, if they arise, must be handled directly by the participants.
We don’t believe in fancy promises or sugar-coating realities.
Transparency upfront is always better than disappointment later.

● Participants will be notified prior to when the itinerary is modified/ event get canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
● If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat.
● Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
