If the group size is between 3 to 8, the event will operate in remote mode.
That means our backend team will assist you throughout, and local guides will be arranged by HTC wherever required.
Only the physical presence of a trek leader will not be there.

Always book your flights with a free postpone or cancellation add-on.
This helps ensure your money stays safe in case of:
last-minute drops (sometimes groups end up with just 1β2 participants β rare, but possible, and in such cases we may have to cancel for operational reasons),

This is different from Day1 stay! Sounds Bit less comfort than day1&2 Stay but the experience is authentic!

Please ensure that you arrive before 10:30 AMΒ @ GUWAHATI on the Start Date and book your return ticket for your train / flight after 08:00 PM @ GUWAHATI on the End Date.
Note: Please choose the Free Rescheduling and Cancellation option while booking your flight tickets. This will help you receive a full refund or reschedule your travel dates in case the trip is cancelled or postponed due to any unforeseen circumstances.

Note: Flight fare increases every day. So itβs advised to book your flight tickets at the earliest. We can also book for you if you share the fare to us.
β Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited during Entire EVENT . Will be expelled from the event If found with consumption.
β Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
β Hyderabad Trekking Company has a right to cancel the participant slot.
β Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
β Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
β Participants will be notified prior to when the itinerary is modified/ event get canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
β If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat.
β Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
β Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
β Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
β No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.
β We strongly suggest you to purchase personal travel insurance. Please contact our team for info/help.
