CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
● All bookings are strictly Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable.
● No refund will be provided in case of no-show, last-minute cancellation, or participant withdrawal from the event for any reason.
● In the event of cancellations due to weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, HTC will offer an alternate date or event credit based on feasibility — no monetary refund will be issued.

Please ensure that you arrive before 09:30 AM @ Kochi/Angamaly KSRTC Bus Stand on the Start Date and book your return ticket for your Train/Flight/Bus after 01:00 PM @ Kochi(Ernakulam) on the End Date.
● Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of any narcotic substances (weed, etc.) is strictly prohibited throughout the event.
● Please do not litter — avoid disposing of plastic items like biscuit wrappers, candy covers, etc. We are committed to keeping our events eco-friendly and pollution-free.
● HTC reserves the right to cancel participant slots or the event in case of unforeseen situations such as location closures, extreme weather conditions, or safety concerns.
● Please avoid delays that may inconvenience other participants or affect the event schedule.
● Participants below 18 years must have parental or guardian consent to join the event.
● In case of itinerary changes or event cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances, participants will be notified in advance by our Trip Leader during the trip.
● If weather conditions worsen unexpectedly during the event, organizers have the right to withdraw or retreat for safety reasons.
● All participants are expected to maintain discipline, coordination, and team spirit throughout the event.
● Please note that luxury facilities may not be available — cooperation and a positive attitude towards fellow participants are appreciated.
● While safety is our top priority, HTC or the event organizers cannot be held responsible for any severe injuries, medical emergencies, or fatal incidents.
● No refund will be provided if a participant fails to show up on the day of the event.
