Welcome to Paradise on Earth! After arriving at the airport, you will be picked up at either 3 PM or 5 PM. A shikhara will take you directly to your assigned houseboat where you’ll check in.

Museum: In this section, weapons of martyred soldiers, war photographs, and letters written by them are displayed, reminding visitors of their sacrifice.

Auditorium: A 10-minute film that brings the story of the Kargil War to life, narrated by Amitabh Bachchan.

• Tololing: The first area recaptured from the enemy.
• Point 4875 (Vikram Batra Top): A symbol of bravery and sacrifice.

• After a hearty breakfast, we’ll set off on our journey from Kargil to Leh. Our route will take us through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the region:

  • Namika La (12,198 ft.): One of the highest passes on the Kargil-Leh route.
  • Lamayuru: Home to ancient hills and a historic monastery, one of Ladakh’s largest and oldest Gompas.
  • Fotu La (13,479 ft.): A high-altitude pass that adds to the thrill of the ride.
  • Sangam: Witness the mesmerizing confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers.

  We’ll also explore notable tourist spots including Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and Magnetic Hill—an intriguing anti-gravity phenomenon. Our day will conclude with a visit to the Shanti Stupa, admired for its elegant white dome, intricately carved statues, and detailed designs. In the evening, we’ll settle into our designated hotel, enjoy dinner, and spend the night in Leh.

• Wake up and have breakfast at the hotel and then check out.
• Head for the beautiful Nubra Valley through Khardungla (Highest motor-able road at  18,380 ft.). Amidst the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of Himalayas , the view is breathtaking .
• Check in to the hotel and visit the Sand dunes(cold desert of India), take a camel safari , a double humped camel , one of its kind in the world. This is at personal expense.
• Head back in to hotel by evening, have dinner and sleep.

TIME : – 5-6 hrs
DISTANCE : – 160kms.
ALTITUDE :-  Leh (11,562 ft.) to Nubra Valley (10,000 ft.).
STAY :- at Nubra Valley (Camp Stay OR HOME STAY).
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY :- Ride through Khardung La, Camel Ride & ATV Ride

Today, we’re setting off to explore Turtuk—the last village of India along the Indo-Pak border, famed for its delicious apricots.

Upon arrival, you’ll have the chance to wander the charming village on foot, soaking in the vibrant local culture. Enjoy some leisure time by the Shyok River, visit the nearby Balti Museum to dive into the region’s rich heritage, and take in the breathtaking views that make this place truly unique.

As the day winds down, we’ll return to Nubra for a hearty dinner and an overnight stay, ensuring you’re well-rested for the adventures ahead.

Today’s Highlights: Turtuk Exploration Day with apricots, scenic river views, and cultural discoveries.

• Today After breakfast we start for Pangong Lake. The Ride will be alongside the river Shyok. On the way to Pangong we will visit Diskit gompa which is a Hilltop monastery with picturesque view of mountains & valley, plus a large, colorful Buddha statue.
• The total distance on this road between Nubra and Pangong Tso is approximately 200 km and the total travel time is about 7 hours.
• We will be passing through Khalsar – Agam -Shyok – Durbok – Tangtse(Our Stay) before reaching Pangong Lake. Pangong lake is situated at 13,862 ft.
• Evening start back to Tangtse (35 kms) , check in and have a sound sleep.

STAY – TANGTSE (Overnight in Home stay).
TIME : – 6-7 hrs
DISTANCE : –  185kms
ALTITUDE :- Nubra Valley (10,000 ft.) to Tangtse (12,933 ft).
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY :-  Sunset View of Pangong lake.

• With Heavy heart we begin our final day ride.
• Post breakfast, head back towards the final destination to  Leh via Chang La(second highest motorable road 17,688 ft.).
• Reach Leh by evening. , followed by dinner.

TIME : – 6-7hrs
DISTANCE : – 120kms
ALTITUDE :- Tangtse (12,933 ft.) to Leh (11,500 ft).
STAY :- at Leh (Sharing Room Basis).
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY :- Drive through Chang La.

NOTE -Please arrange your return flight for this day after speaking with our executive. Keep in mind that drop-off is scheduled at 9 AM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM, so plan your travel accordingly.

IMP – 
If you prefer to exit the journey from the Manali side, public transportation is available with fares ranging from 2,500 to 3,500 INR per person. However, please note that this is a long journey. We strongly recommend that you consider planning your return from Leh instead.

In previous years, while our itinerary allowed an exit from Manali, nearly 70% of our participants chose to depart directly from Leh. They found that the long 1,100 km journey—from Leh to Manali (500 km) and then on to Delhi (600 km)—took a toll on their overall experience. For a more relaxed and fulfilling end to your adventure, we strongly recommend opting to exit from Leh. This choice allows you to savor the beauty and memories of your Leh experience without the fatigue of an extended return trip.
