• Welcome to the Land of High Passes! Upon arrival at the airport, the group will be received by a designated vehicle and transported to the hotel.

  After completing the check-in process, the rest of the day is reserved for acclimatization to ensure a comfortable and safe journey ahead. Travelers are strongly advised to stay well-hydrated, limit physical exertion, and allow their bodies to adjust to the altitude.

  In the evening, the trip leader will conduct an orientation session.
  Enjoy a delicious dinner, followed by an overnight stay in Leh.

  Note: Pick-up timings are 9 AM and 12 PM. Since the schedule is fixed, we recommend coordinating your travel plans accordingly.

After a refreshing night’s rest, wake up to the serene beauty of Leh and get ready for an exciting day of sightseeing. Today, you will explore the town’s most iconic landmarks, offering a blend of spiritual, historical, and natural attractions.

Sightseeing Highlights:

• Hall of Fame: A museum dedicated to the Indian Army, showcasing Ladakh’s military history and heroic stories.
• Shanti Stupa: A beautiful white-domed Buddhist stupa offering 360-degree views of Leh and the surrounding mountains.
• Leh Palace: A historic 17th-century palace with stunning views and a glimpse into Ladakh’s royal heritage.
• Leh Gompa: One of the region’s significant monasteries, reflecting Ladakh’s rich Buddhist culture.
• Magnetic Hill: A unique phenomenon where vehicles appear to roll uphill against gravity.
• Pathar Sahib Gurudwara: A revered Sikh shrine, known for its spiritual significance and peaceful surroundings.

Leh Market & Local Delicacies : Spend time exploring the vibrant Leh local markets, where you can shop for authentic Ladakhi handicrafts, souvenirs, and woolen products. Don’t miss the chance to indulge in traditional Ladakhi cuisine at local cafés.

After a fulfilling day of sightseeing and cultural experiences, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight rest.

• Wake up and have breakfast at the hotel and then check out.
• Head for the beautiful Nubra Valley through Khardungla (Highest motor-able road at  18,380 ft.). Amidst the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of Himalayas , the view is breathtaking .
• Check in to the hotel and visit the Sand dunes(cold desert of India), take a camel safari , a double humped camel , one of its kind in the world. This is at personal expense.
• Head back in to hotel by evening, have dinner and sleep.

ALTITUDE :-  Leh (11,562 ft.) to Nubra Valley (10,000 ft.).

HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY :- Ride through Khardung La, Camel Ride & ATV Ride

Today, we’re setting off to explore Turtuk—the last village of India along the Indo-Pak border, famed for its delicious apricots.

Upon arrival, you’ll have the chance to wander the charming village on foot, soaking in the vibrant local culture. Enjoy some leisure time by the Shyok River, visit the nearby Balti Museum to dive into the region’s rich heritage, and take in the breathtaking views that make this place truly unique.

As the day winds down, we’ll return to Nubra for a hearty dinner and an overnight stay, ensuring you’re well-rested for the adventures ahead.

Today’s Highlights: Turtuk Exploration Day with apricots, scenic river views, and cultural discoveries.

• Today After breakfast we start for Pangong Lake. The Ride will be alongside the river Shyok. On the way to Pangong we will visit Diskit gompa which is a Hilltop monastery with picturesque view of mountains & valley, plus a large, colorful Buddha statue.
• The total distance on this road between Nubra and Pangong Tso is approximately 200 km and the total travel time is about 7 hours.
• We will be passing through Khalsar – Agam -Shyok – Durbok – Tangtse(Our Stay) before reaching Pangong Lake. Pangong lake is situated at 13,862 ft.
• Evening start back to Tangtse (35 kms) , check in and have a sound sleep.

STAY – TANGTSE (Overnight in Home stay).
TIME : – 6-7 hrs
DISTANCE : –  185kms
ALTITUDE :- Nubra Valley (10,000 ft.) to Tangtse (12,933 ft).
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY :-  Sunset View of Pangong lake.

• With Heavy heart we begin our final day ride.
• Post breakfast, head back towards the final destination to  Leh via Chang La(second highest motorable road 17,688 ft.).
• Reach Leh by evening. , followed by dinner.

TIME : – 6-7hrs
DISTANCE : – 120kms
ALTITUDE :- Tangtse (12,933 ft.) to Leh (11,500 ft).
STAY :- at Leh (Sharing Room Basis).
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE DAY :- Drive through Chang La.
