Upon arrival at Leh Airport, we will transfer you to the hotel in designated vehicles. After reaching the hotel, complete the check-in formalities and settle in comfortably.

The rest of the day is kept completely free for acclimatization, allowing your body to gradually adjust to the high altitude of Ladakh.

🧑‍✈️ Evening Briefing: In the evening, the Trip Leader/Marshall will conduct a short orientation session covering:
• Overview of the upcoming ride
• Safety guidelines for high-altitude riding
• Important travel instructions for the expedition
This session will help riders understand the journey ahead and prepare for the adventure.

🚐 Arriving via Manali: Travelers who prefer reaching Leh via Manali can also join the trip. We can assist in arranging a seat in a local shared vehicle traveling from Manali to Leh. Kindly inform our team in advance so that we can secure your seat, as peak season bookings tend to fill quickly.

2. Shanti Stupa: A magnificent white-domed Buddhist stupa perched on a hilltop, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of Leh town and the surrounding mountains.
3. Leh Palace: A historic 17th-century royal palace overlooking Leh, providing insights into Ladakh’s ancient kingdom along with spectacular views of the valley.

Today’s ride takes you through dramatic mountain roads, high-altitude passes, and breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, making it one of the most exciting riding days of the journey.

1. Khardung La Pass (17,582 ft): Ride across one of the highest motorable passes in the world.
   We will stop briefly at the summit for photographs before descending, as long halts are avoided due to the high altitude.
2. Diskit Monastery & Maitreya Buddha Statue: Visit the famous Diskit Monastery, the largest monastery in Nubra Valley.
   Witness the magnificent Maitreya Buddha statue overlooking the valley, offering mesmerizing panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.
3. Nubra Valley: A unique high-altitude desert known for its dramatic scenery, pleasant climate, and sand dunes.
   This beautiful valley is also home to the rare double-humped Bactrian camels, a legacy of the ancient Silk Route.

Get ready for Bike Ride Day 2, as we ride deeper into the northernmost region of Ladakh towards Turtuk — a beautiful village located close to the Indo–Pak border.

Known for its unique Balti culture, lush landscapes, and famous apricots, Turtuk offers a completely different experience compared to the rest of Ladakh. The journey itself is equally mesmerizing as the road runs alongside the scenic Shyok River, surrounded by towering mountains and dramatic valleys.

1. Turtuk Village Exploration : Walk through the narrow stone lanes of Turtuk, interact with the locals, and experience the warm hospitality of the Balti community.
2. Shyok River: Take a peaceful break by the beautiful Shyok River, enjoying the calm atmosphere and stunning natural surroundings.
3. Balti Heritage Museum: Visit the Balti Heritage Museum to learn about the unique culture, traditions, and history of this border village.
4. Scenic Landscapes & Apricots: Turtuk is known for its lush greenery and apricot orchards. If visiting during the season, travelers can taste the famous sweet apricots of Turtuk.

🛣️ Ride Back to Nubra: After exploring the village and soaking in the beauty of this remote Himalayan region, we begin our ride back to Nubra Valley, reaching the campsite by evening.

After breakfast, we begin our ride towards the legendary Pangong Lake, taking the scenic Shyok River route, known for its dramatic landscapes and adventurous terrain.

This journey is a perfect combination of challenging roads, breathtaking scenery, and unforgettable Himalayan moments.

1. Shyok River Route: Ride alongside the beautiful Shyok River, passing through remote Himalayan villages such as Agham, Shyok, Durbuk, and Tangtse.
   This route offers a stunning mix of lush valleys, rocky mountains, and vast open landscapes.
2. Thrilling Off-Road Experience: repare yourself for some exciting off-road stretches along the way. These rugged sections make the ride more adventurous and rewarding, offering some of the most dramatic views of the journey.
3. Pangong Lake (14,270 ft): Arrive at the world-famous Pangong Lake, a breathtaking high-altitude saltwater lake known for its ever-changing shades of blue. This iconic lake gained worldwide fame after being featured in the Bollywood movie “3 Idiots.”

Wake up early to witness a beautiful sunrise in the Himalayan region, where the first rays of sunlight paint the mountains and sky in magical colors.

After breakfast, we begin our return journey to Leh, carrying unforgettable memories from the adventurous ride across Ladakh.

Today’s route takes us across another iconic high-altitude pass, offering a perfect mix of thrilling mountain roads and smooth riding stretches.

🏔️ Journey Highlights: 

1. Chang La Pass (17,586 ft): Ride across one of the highest motorable passes in the world. At the summit, soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-covered mountains before continuing the descent towards Leh.
2. Scenic & Smooth Ride: After descending from Chang La, enjoy one of the smoothest road stretches of the entire trip, allowing riders to relax and reflect on the incredible journey through Ladakh.

🏁 Arrival in Leh: By afternoon/evening, we reach Leh town and check in to the hotel. Take some time to relax, freshen up, and celebrate the completion of an epic Himalayan bike expedition.

After breakfast, our team will arrange a fixed group airport transfer from the hotel to Leh Airport.
