Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
1. Event Cancellation by Us
If an event is Called of by us due to natural calamities or unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to heavy rains, earthquakes, landslides, strikes, bandh, virus outbreaks, curfews, etc),
👉 A full-value Trek Voucher will be issued.
👉 Monetary refunds will have up to 30% cancellation charges
👉 This voucher can be used for the same event within 12 months from the date of issue.
All advance payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Bookings made under discounted / promotional / special offer pricing are strictly non-refundable.
These conditions apply to all events unless explicitly stated otherwise in the event details.
Certain events are marked as NON-REFUNDABLE.
In such cases, this refund policy does not apply and will be clearly mentioned on the event page.
The event link / itinerary / plan shared at the time of booking contains the final refund policy.
By confirming your booking, you agree to all the terms mentioned in that document.
All details shared by our team at the time of payment confirmation will be considered final and binding.
No changes, claims, or disputes will be entertained beyond this point.
