What to Expect:
Activities are recreational and generally suitable for beginners, subject to safety requirements.
River rafting is planned as the main group activity when operational.
Other activities depend on available time, group pace and operator arrangements.
Each activity is limited in duration.
Important Conditions:
Activities depend on weather, river water levels, safety conditions and official permissions.
If activities are unavailable, no cash refund or equivalent compensation will be provided for the complimentary add-on.
If all activities are officially closed, HTC may offer a βΉ1,000 discount coupon as a goodwill gesture, at its discretion.
Alternative nearby sightseeing may be arranged where feasible.
Safety always takes priority over activity completion.

09:00 AM β Reach Om Beach. Enjoy the scenic coastline, explore the beach and spend some leisure time.
10:30 AM β Depart for Mahabaleshwar Temple.
11:00 AM β Visit the famous Mahabaleshwar Temple for darshan, subject to temple timings.
12:30 PM β Complete the temple visit and proceed for lunch.
02:00 PM β Depart for the base city (approximately 5 hours’ drive).
03:00 PM β Short refreshment break en route, if required.
08:00 PM β Board the scheduled bus/train for the return journey to Hyderabad.

This is a relaxed Gokarna sightseeing itinerary. The 5 Beaches Trek is not included in the Regular package.
Mahabaleshwar Temple darshan depends on temple timings, queues and local conditions.
If sightseeing takes longer than expected, HTC may adjust the schedule to ensure participants reach the return boarding point on time.
All timings are tentative and subject to traffic, travel conditions and group movement.

Book your slots before 45 days to the event commencing date to get a chance to travel by sleeping Berth. Most of the time we do have availability to the sleeping berths but we Often tend to travel in RAC because of the demand in Indian Railways. Please Check with the Organiser of the event OR dial the number mentioned in this description to know the status.

β Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited during Entire TRIP!
β Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
β The organizer has a right to cancel the participant slot.
β Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
β Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
β Participants will be notified prior to when the itinerary is modified/ event get canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
β If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat.
β Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
β Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
β Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
β No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.
