1) Stay
Accommodation will be in villagers’ homes/homestays with very basic facilities. Washroom availability is limited, and facilities should not be compared with hotels or resorts.
2) Luggage
As we will have a dedicated private vehicle with us throughout the event, you do not need to carry your entire luggage during the treks. Extra luggage can be safely kept in the vehicle. However, we still recommend traveling light for a better trekking experience.

A small reality check…
This is a Monsoon Trek, not a luxury event.
Our tents are set up under protective sheds, which helps reduce the impact of heavy rain and keeps the stay comfortable. At the same time, you’ll still be able to hear the rain, feel the cool breeze, and enjoy the authentic monsoon atmosphere throughout the night.
The campsite is part of a small village setup. Washrooms are available but are basic in nature. If you’re expecting resort-style facilities, this may not be the right event for you.
This experience is about the rain, the mountains, the trek, the conversations, and the memories that come with them.
β¨ And yes… after the trek, you can unwind at the beautiful rain-fed infinity pool near the campsite and soak in the monsoon vibes with your fellow trekkers.

Freshen up, get ready in comfortable trekking attire and pack your essentials for a full day in the wild Sahyadris.
π 6:00 AM β Proceed towards Savlya Ghat Base Village
Enjoy the early-morning drive through misty roads, green mountains and proper monsoon landscapes.
π 8:00 AM β Reach Base Village & Breakfast
Have breakfast, meet the local guide and attend a short safety briefing before starting the trek.
π₯Ύ 9:00 AM β Start Savlya Ghat Trek
Savlya Ghat is not a regular sightseeing trail.
Expect dense greenery, flowing streams, muddy paths, hidden waterfalls, valley views and raw monsoon terrain throughout the experience.
The trail may become slippery and challenging depending on rainfall. Please follow the instructions of the Trek Leader and local guide at all times.

Take enough time to enjoy the streams, waterfalls and scenic sections of Savlya Ghat.
This day is not about rushing to tick a location.
The complete day is dedicated to experiencing Savlya Ghat properly.
π 2:00 PM β Start Return Trek
Proceed carefully towards the base village. The return timing may vary depending on rainfall, trail conditions and group movement.
π 4:00 PM β Complete the Trek
Reach the base village, freshen up and relax after completing a full-day monsoon adventure.
π 5:00 PM β Start towards the Stay
Sit back and enjoy the drive after one wild and satisfying day in the Sahyadris.
π½οΈ 7:00 PM β Dinner & Rest
Reach the stay, have dinner and recharge for the next day.
Savlya Ghat is a raw monsoon trail, and the exact trekking route and timings may change depending on rainfall, water levels, road access and local conditions.
The Trek Leader and local guide will take the final decision keeping participant safety as the highest priority.

π‘ STAY TYPE β Exclusive HTC Village Homestay
Our stay is a typical village-style homestay, exclusive to HTC participants.
A small reality check…
This is an offbeat monsoon trekking experience, not a hotel stay.
Beds will not be available. Participants will sleep on floor mattresses provided at the homestay. Basic washroom facilities (2β3 washrooms) are available.
Over 3,000+ HTC participants have stayed here during the last five years and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Stay is a necessity. The experience is the luxury.

Pack your luggage and begin the four-hour journey towards Wild Kelavali Waterfalls.

π¦ 8:00 AM β Reach Kelavali Base
Get ready and attend a quick safety briefing before starting the trail.
π₯Ύ 8:10 AM β Start Wild Kelavali Waterfall Trek
The complete experience takes approximately three hours, including the trek, waterfall time and return walk.
Expect raw monsoon terrain, slippery sections, flowing streams and powerful seasonal waterfalls.
Please follow the instructions of the Trek Leader throughout the experience.
π 11:45 AM β Complete Kelavali Trek
Freshen up quickly and start towards Thoseghar Falls.
π 12:45 PM β Reach Thoseghar Falls
Start the one-hour trail covering the beautiful waterfall viewpoints and surrounding monsoon landscapes.
Thoseghar is a viewpoint-based waterfall experience. Entering restricted waterfall sections is strictly prohibited.

Freshen up and get ready for the return journey.

The trip ends with tired legs, wet shoes and a phone full of memories from the completely redesigned BB COMBO β PLAN C.
Wild Kelavali and Thoseghar Falls are dependent on rainfall, road access and local authority advisories.
Timings, trail access or the sequence of locations may be modified depending on ground conditions.
The final decision will always be taken by the Trek Leader, keeping participant safety as the highest priority.

TICKETS BOOKING CLAUSE : N/AΒ
Book your slots before 45 days to the event commencing date to get a chance to travel by sleeping Berth. Most of the time we do have availability to the sleeping berths but we Often tend to travel in RAC because of the demand in Indian Railways. Please Check with the Organiser of the event OR dial the number mentioned in this description to know the status.
THINGS TO REMEMBER :Β
β Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited during entire the event! who ever failed follow these rules they will be removed from the group immediately! Yeah we have good record in that!Β
β Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
β The organizer has a right to cancel the participant slot.
β Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
β Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
β If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat/change the plan accordingly.
β Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
β Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
β Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
β No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.
