The Hyderabad package includes Sleeper Class train tickets (Hyderabad ↔ Pune), while Pune participants can directly join the group at the designated boarding point.

1) Stay
Accommodation will be in villagers’ homes/homestays with very basic facilities. Washroom availability is limited, and facilities should not be compared with hotels or resorts.
2) Luggage
As we will have a dedicated private vehicle with us throughout the event, you do not need to carry your entire luggage during the treks. Extra luggage can be safely kept in the vehicle. However, we still recommend traveling light for a better trekking experience.

🌧️ FRESHEN UP & RISE TO SHINE!
Get ready in comfortable trekking attire as we head towards one of the most iconic monsoon forts of Maharashtra – Lohagad Fort.
🕥 10:30 AM – Reach base city and proceed towards Lonavala
🍽️ 12:00 PM – Lunch break at Lonavala & famous Chikki shopping
🚐 1:00 PM – Proceed towards Lohagad Fort stay location
🥾 2:30 PM – Reach fort base and begin the hike towards the top
📸 4:30 PM – Start descending back towards our stay
🌙 7:30 PM – Reach stay, freshen up, followed by dinner and group time
🚐 Distance by Vehicle: Approx. 80 km (3–4 hrs through beautiful ghat roads)

A small reality check…
This is a Monsoon Trek, not a luxury event.
Our tents are set up under protective sheds, which helps reduce the impact of heavy rain and keeps the stay comfortable. At the same time, you’ll still be able to hear the rain, feel the cool breeze, and enjoy the authentic monsoon atmosphere throughout the night.
The campsite is part of a small village setup. Washrooms are available but are basic in nature. If you’re expecting resort-style facilities, this may not be the right event for you.
This experience is about the rain, the mountains, the trek, the conversations, and the memories that come with them.
✨ And yes… after the trek, you can unwind at the beautiful rain-fed infinity pool near the campsite and soak in the monsoon vibes with your fellow trekkers.
🌧️ DAY 2 – ANDHARBAN TREK & SECRET FALLS
🕓 4:00 AM – Proceed towards Secret Falls base village
🕕 6:00 AM – Reach base and proceed to Secret Falls
💦 Secret Falls Entry:
• Entry Fee: ₹100 per person
• Cliff Jumping: ₹300 per person
These charges are payable directly at the location and are not included in the event cost.
⚠️ Secret Falls is subject to closure due to heavy rains or local authority restrictions. In such cases, we will start a little later from the stay location and proceed directly towards Andharban Trek.
Please Note: There is no alternative for Secret Falls if it remains closed.
🥾 9:00 AM – Reach Andharban base and start the trek
Terrain-wise, Andharban is considered easy to moderate. The total trail is approximately 11 km. Since we have ample time, we can enjoy the forest, waterfalls, streams, and monsoon views at a relaxed pace. As this is a monsoon trek, expect rain throughout the trail.
🍱 12:00 PM – Lunch Break
Simple local lunch (Roti & Sabji) prepared by villagers will be provided.
🏁 5:00 PM – Complete the trek and proceed towards the stay
🌙 7:00 PM – Reach stay, freshen up and enjoy dinner.

🚐 Distance by Vehicle: Approx. 95 km (2–3 hours)
🥾 Distance Walked: Approx. 12 km (Andharban Trek)
⚠️ What if Andharban is closed due to heavy rain?
PLAN B: We will proceed to another suitable trekking destination based on weather conditions, available time, and group pace. The final decision will be taken by the Trek Leader in coordination with the HTC Operations Team.
🏡 STAY TYPE – Exclusive HTC Village Homestay
Our stay is a typical village-style homestay, exclusive to HTC participants.
A small reality check…
This is an offbeat monsoon trekking experience, not a hotel stay.
Beds will not be available. Participants will sleep on floor mattresses provided at the homestay. Basic washroom facilities (2–3 washrooms) are available.
Over 3,000+ HTC participants have stayed here during the last five years and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
Please remember:
Stay is a necessity. The experience is the luxury.
🌧️ DAY 3 – DEVKUND WATERFALLS & RETURN JOURNEY
🕓 4:00 AM – Wake-up call and quick freshen-up to begin our journey towards the famous Devkund Waterfalls.
🍳 5:00 AM – Breakfast
Sounds too early, right? We know! 😄
But we’ll be covering a long distance on foot, so it’s important to fuel up with a good breakfast before starting the trek.
🥾 5:30 AM – Trek Starts
Terrain-wise, the trail is easy and suitable for most participants with basic fitness.
As always, please follow the instructions of your Trek Leader throughout the trek. Safety comes first, especially during the monsoon season.
⚠️ Important Note
Devkund is highly dependent on weather conditions and local authority permissions.
During heavy rains, authorities may close access to Devkund without prior notice.
In such situations, we will proceed to the beautiful waterfalls and viewpoints of Tamhini Ghat instead. The final decision will be taken by the Trek Leader based on weather conditions and official updates.

Time to enjoy the views, capture memories with friends and family, and of course get those monsoon-worthy pictures for Instagram.
🔙 9:00 AM – Start return trek towards the base village.
🏁 11:00 AM – Reach Base
🍽️ 12:00 PM – Proceed towards Pune
🚆 3:00 PM – Reach Pune and board our return train to Hyderabad.
🛏️ Return Journey: Sleeper Class Train
As the trip comes to an end, you’ll head back with tired legs, a phone full of memories, and stories that will probably last until the next monsoon season.

(Arrival time is approximate and may vary depending on railway operational conditions.)
By now, you’ll be carrying back much more than photos—three days of rain, waterfalls, forts, forests, friendships, and memories from the heart of the Sahyadris.

TICKETS BOOKING CLAUSE : N/A
Book your slots before 45 days to the event commencing date to get a chance to travel by sleeping Berth. Most of the time we do have availability to the sleeping berths but we Often tend to travel in RAC because of the demand in Indian Railways. Please Check with the Organiser of the event OR dial the number mentioned in this description to know the status.
THINGS TO REMEMBER :
● Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited during entire the event! who ever failed follow these rules they will be removed from the group immediately! Yeah we have good record in that!
● Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
● The organizer has a right to cancel the participant slot.
● Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
● Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
● If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat/change the plan accordingly.
● Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
● Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
● Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
● No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.

Maximum age: There is no maximum age limit. You need to be reasonably fit to participate.
