The Sar Pass Trek is a breathtaking high-altitude adventure nestled in Himachal Pradesh’s Parvati Valley. Starting from the hippie town of Kasol, the trek winds through lush pine forests, quaint villages, alpine meadows, and snow-covered trails. Reaching an altitude of around 13,800 ft, Sar Pass offers panoramic views of the towering peaks and frozen landscapes. One of the trek’s highlights is the thrilling snow slide descent, making it a favorite among thrill-seekers and first-time trekkers. Perfect for beginners with decent fitness, Sar Pass blends natural beauty, Himalayan culture, and raw adventure into an unforgettable 5-day mountain experience.

ITINERARY

DAY 1Delhi → Manali (Overnight Journey)

• Reach Delhi by 6:00 PM and gather at the designated pickup point.
• Board the AC Semi-sleeper Bus for an overnight journey to Manali.
• Enjoy the scenic drive as you leave the city behind and enter the hills.

DAY 2 Manali → Dhundhi → Bakarthach

• Arrive in Manali by morning and freshen up.
• Post breakfast, take a 21 km drive to Dhundhi – the starting point of the trek.
• Begin your scenic trek through lush green meadows, ridgelines, and serene forest patches.
• Reach Bakarthach by afternoon and set up your campsite.
• After lunch, take an acclimatization walk to prepare for the next day.
• Overnight stay in tents amidst the mountains.

DAY 3Bakarthach → Beas Kund → Bakarthach

• Start early with breakfast and begin your ascent to Beas Kund.
• The trail leads through rocky terrain and moraines offering spectacular views.
• Reach Beas Kund — the glacial lake considered the sacred origin of River Beas.
• Spend some peaceful time soaking in the beauty of the Himalayas.
• Return back to Bakarthach by evening.
• Dinner and overnight stay at the campsite.

DAY 4Bakarthach → Dhundhi → Manali → Delhi

• After breakfast, trek back from Bakarthach to Dhundhi.
• Reach Dhundhi and take the cab back to Manali.
• Explore a bit of Manali (time permitting) and relax.
• Board the evening AC semi-sleeper bus back to Delhi.
• Overnight journey through the beautiful mountain roads.

DAY 5Arrive in Delhi – Trip Ends

• Reach Delhi by morning with unforgettable memories, new friends, and a heart full of mountains.

Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, or any illegal substances (including weed) is strictly prohibited throughout the event.
Kindly refrain from littering. Dispose of waste responsibly. Let’s commit to keeping our trails clean and pollution-free.
Hyderabad Trekking Company reserves the right to cancel any participant’s slot in case of misconduct or policy violations.
Please be punctual. Delays can cause inconvenience to others and disrupt the overall schedule.
Participants below the age of 18 must submit a parental consent form before joining the event.
Any changes to the itinerary or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated in advance/during the trek.
In case of sudden weather changes or safety concerns, the trek leaders/Local guides reserve the right to alter the plan or retreat from the activity.
All participants are expected to coordinate, stay disciplined, and function as a team throughout the event.
Do not expect luxury amenities. Please stay flexible and cooperative with fellow travelers.
While safety is our top priority, event organizers are not liable for severe injuries or unfortunate incidents.
No refund will be issued for no-shows or last-minute dropouts on the day of the event.

AGE CRITERIA :
Minimum age: 18 years (12+ kids allowed along with guardian or Parents)
Maximum age: 40Years. Those who are physically fit they can join this trek if the age group is above 40 and below 50.
