Known as India’s premier skiing destination, Gulmarg offers thrilling snow activities like skiing, snowboarding, and the Gulmarg Gondola ride, one of the world’s highest cable cars.
Pahalgam is perfect for nature lovers and adventure seekers. Enjoy river rafting at Lidder River, trek to Aru Valley and Betaab Valley, or just soak in the stunning scenery.
Located at an altitude of 9,000 ft, Sonamarg is known for its picturesque landscapes and Thajiwas Glacier. It’s a must-visit for trekkers and adventure enthusiasts.
Kashmir can be extremely cold, especially during winter months. Expect daytime temperatures around 5°C to 15°C, while nights can dip to -10°C. Snowfall is common, especially in Gulmarg.
What to Pack:

Also, keep in mind that heaters in rooms may not always be effective in extreme cold. Be prepared to layer up and stay cozy!

Remaining amount must be cleared 15 days before event starts.
Free Reschedule Option is available for this event
1) For Free Reschedule you must inform us at least 15 days before the event date.
2) Rescheduling is only possible for postponement.
3) Reschedule is not possible for Holiday Long weekends (Ex – Dec 20 to 31st)
Case 1 – Booking for regular weekend
If you book for regular weekends you can postpone to any other regular weekend but not long weekend.
Case 2 – Booking for Long Weekend
When you book for long weekend there wont Reschedule option. You can’t postpone from a long weekend booking
4) Reschedule option applicable for 4 months duration only
5) Reschedule can’t be transferred to other person
6) Advance can’t be shift to any other event until unless event called of by HTC

● This is Non-Refundable event.
Note: Flight fare increases every day. So it’s advised to book your flight tickets at the earliest.
● Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited from entire event!
● Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
● Hyderabad Trekking Club has a right to cancel the participant slot.
● Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
● Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
● Participants will be notified prior to when the itinerary is modified/ event get canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
● If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat.
● Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
● Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
● Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
● No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.
● We strongly suggest you to purchase personal travel insurance. Please contact our team for info/help.
Minimum age: 18 years (12+ kids allowed along with guardian or Parents)
Maximum age: There is no maximum age limit. You need to be reasonably fit to participate.
