BRIEF ABOUT PLACES –
KEDARNATH:- Kedarnath Temple, Situated in a breathtaking location, near the source of Mandakini River and at the height of 3,584 meters(11758ft), Kedarnath Dham celebrates the greatness of Lord Shiva. Due to extreme weather conditions, the temple is open to the general public only between the months of April and November. The air appears to be reverberating with the name of Lord Shiva amid the mighty snow-clad peaks, enchanting meadows and forests of the lower mountain range of Himalayas. Kedarnath temple is one of the 12 Jyotir Lingams and is also the most important temple among the Panch Kedars (group of 5 Shiva temples in Garhwal Himalayas).
IMPORTANT NOTE–
Please understand that this trip is super budget-friendly, and the arrangements made are basic, suitable for people who want to cover Kedarnath and Badrinath on a budget.
If you are expecting luxury at this price, then it’s a joke! The nature of this event itself is for people who want to travel inexpensively. HTC is brutally honest about what we provide and what we won’t, and we won’t encourage drama episodes in case darshan is affected due to natural calamities or if darshan is closed by authorities.

FOOD – If our schedule is delayed by traffic or the group’s speed, HTC may not be able to provide the promised meal in the following situations:
For example, if we are supposed to arrive by 10 PM but don’t get there until mid night because of traffic or any unavoidable conditions, we’ll need to eat on the way. In this case, the cost of the food will be our own responsibility since HTC only provides dinner at the accommodation.

Due to traffic or other delays, there is a chance of missing the bus to Delhi OR train to HYD. In such cases, you will need to book and pay for your own transportation, although we will provide assistance.

AGE CRITERIA :
Minimum age: 18 years (12+ kids allowed along with guardian or Parents)
Maximum age: 50. You need to be reasonably fit to participate.

THINGS TO REMEMBER :
● Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited from entire event!
● Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
● Hyderabad Trekking Company has a right to cancel the participant slot.
● Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
● Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
● Participants will be notified prior to when the itinerary is modified/event get canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
● If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/change in plan.
● Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
● Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
● Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
● No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.
