ITINERARY

DAY 1Arrival in Delhi and Overnight Journey to Manali

Arrive in Delhi by evening (before 6 PM) and reach the designated boarding point for our AC semi-sleeper bus to Manali. Boarding will be between 9:00–10:30 PM, depending on bus availability and group size (handled by our backend team).

Relax and enjoy the overnight ride as you gear up for the adventures waiting in Himachal.

Important:

  • Reaching the boarding point is your personal responsibility and cost.
  • This is a Blue Wings Trip—more freedom, less hand-holding. Boarding the bus on time is on you.
  • If you prefer an end-to-end managed trip with a trek leader assisting you right from Delhi, check out our Green Premium Trip instead.

DAY 2Arrival in Manali and Local Sightseeing

  • Arrive in Manali around 10–11 AM.
  • Standard check-in is at 11:00 AM. If we reach early, there might be a short wait, though we’ll try arranging early check-in.
  • Freshen up and enjoy brunch before heading out.

Sightseeing:

  • Visit the famous Hadimba Devi Temple, set amidst serene cedar forests.
  • Stroll along Mall Road—perfect for souvenirs and soaking in the local vibe.

By evening, return to our stay. Enjoy a hearty dinner and relax for the night.

Important:

  • Vehicle is provided for the entire team.
  • If you miss the departure deadline, you’ll need to reach the stay at your own expense.
  • For safety, please stick to timelines as instructed by the coordinator.

Stay Type – Deluxe Rooms
Rooms are clean, washrooms are neat, and towels & soaps will be provided.

A few things to keep in mind:

  • No lift facility. Manali is a hill area, way above sea level.
  • In heavy snow or rain, power cuts do happen. That’s the reality. Tough, yes—but better we tell you now than hide it.
  • For any hotel issues, talk to the hotel staff directly. Our coordinators are always on phone, but property-related concerns should be solved with the staff first.

HTC Transparency vs “3-Star” Gimmicks
Other companies brand the same stay as 3-star to make it sound fancy. But here’s the truth facilities in hill stations like Manali don’t work like that. Lifts are rare, and during heavy snow/rains, power cuts are normal.

At HTC, we don’t sell dreams. We tell you what’s real. Again, rooms are clean, washrooms are neat, towels & soaps are provided…and that’s what matters when you’re here for adventure, not luxury.

The positive? No fake tags. No star marketing. Just honest, comfortable stays that keep you close to the real vibe of Manali.

DAY 3Atal Tunnel | Solang Valley | Jispa

  • Start your day with a hearty breakfast and get ready for one of the most scenic days of the trip.
  • Our first stop will be the iconic Atal Tunnel, the world’s longest highway tunnel above 10,000 ft, offering breathtaking views of the majestic Himalayas.
  • Continue towards Solang Valley, one of Himachal Pradesh’s most popular adventure destinations. Participants can enjoy various adventure activities such as: Zipline, Zorbing, Rocket Bungee, ATV Rides, Snow Activities (seasonal).
  • All adventure activities are subject to weather conditions and operational availability.
  • After exploring Solang Valley, proceed towards Jispa and check in to your campsite for an unforgettable night amidst the mountains.

Important Notes on Adventure Activities

  • Activity prices at Solang Valley are not controlled by HTC.
  • Our coordinators will share the available activities and their respective prices.
  • Participation in any activity is completely optional.

Group Travel Guidelines

  • Follow the instructions of the coordinators and maintain the group’s schedule.
  • Timely reporting at designated points helps ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone.

Stay Type – Tent Accommodation: Experience a unique Himalayan camping stay surrounded by breathtaking mountain views.

Tent Stay Information: Tents are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

  • Washroom facilities are neat and hygienic.
  • Due to the remote mountain location, power cuts may occur during heavy snowfall or rainfall. We believe in keeping expectations realistic rather than making false promises.
  • If you face any accommodation-related issues, please first contact the campsite staff for immediate assistance. Our coordinators will always be available over the phone for support whenever required.

Enjoy the peaceful mountain atmosphere and get a good night’s rest before the adventures awaiting you on the next day.

DAY 4Jipsa | Sinkola pass | God's Mountain | Manali

  • 06:00 AM – Enjoy an early breakfast, check out from the campsite, and begin your journey towards the magnificent Shinkola La Pass.
  • En route, witness the breathtaking high-altitude landscapes of the Himalayas, surrounded by rugged mountains, valleys, and dramatic mountain terrain.
  • Shinkola La Pass – One of the most spectacular high-altitude mountain passes in the region, offering panoramic views of the rugged Himalayan landscape and serving as a gateway between Himachal Pradesh and the Zanskar region.
  • 09:00 AM – Reach Shinkola La Pass, located at an altitude of approximately 16,703 ft (5,091 m) above sea level. Spend some time enjoying the breathtaking Himalayan landscapes and capturing memorable photographs.
  • 10:00 AM – Proceed towards Gonbo Rangjon, a magnificent solitary mountain peak deeply revered by the local Tibetan Buddhist community.
Rising dramatically from the surrounding landscape, Gonbo Rangjon is traditionally regarded as a sacred mountain and the abode of the protector deity Mahakala.
Its striking, isolated presence amidst the vast Himalayan wilderness creates an awe-inspiring atmosphere, making it one of the most remarkable spiritual and natural landmarks of the region.
  • 01:00 PM – Begin the return journey towards Manali.
  • 06:00 PM – Arrive at the hotel in Manali, check in, and relax after an adventurous day in the high Himalayas.
  • 08:00 PM – Enjoy dinner and unwind at the hotel.

Alternate Plan: In case Shinkola La Pass remains inaccessible due to adverse weather conditions, road closures, or government restrictions, the group will instead visit Baralacha La Pass and nearby scenic locations before proceeding towards Manali.

The final decision will be taken by the Trip Coordinators based on prevailing road and weather conditions, with participant safety being the highest priority.

Stay Type – Deluxe Rooms:  After days of mountain adventures, enjoy a comfortable stay in well-maintained deluxe rooms.

Room Facilities: Clean and comfortable rooms, Neat and hygienic washrooms, Towels and basic toiletries provided

  • Return bus timing: 6 PM – 8 PM. This is an estimated window. Exact timing depends on traffic and on-ground conditions.
